About Tulsa County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)The Tulsa County Community Health Improvement Plan, or CHIP, is overseen by the Tulsa Health Department and reflects our mission to protect and support communities in reaching their health goals. The CHIP is a long-term plan, systematic effort to address public health problems on the basis of the results of community health assessment activities and the community health improvement process. We are excited to launch into a new five-year iteration of the CHIP. Tulsa County is our community and we all have a vested interest to ensure we create a healthier environment to live, work, learn and play.
