Welcome to Mind & Body Wellbeing.My name is Harshani & alongside my husband Edd, we host regular Sacred Sound Journey Evenings, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation & healing workshops & retreats to support those seeking balance, harmony & re-alignment in their lives.Healing is on many levels of being, physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually, through all planes of our existence.
