Hi, I’m Veronika Starr, creator of the FlowQi Method and founder of FlowQi Experiences.FlowQi is a unique embodiment practice that blends conscious movement, music, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help people reconnect with themselves in a simple, natural way. Through guided silent disco experiences, I create spaces where you can step out of your head, tune into your body, release stress, and access greater clarity, presence, and self-trust.My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom that the mind alone cannot access.
