It provides a practical overview of how these contracts work, which publishers are covered, eligibility criteria, common pitfalls, and how to ensure correct affiliation and submission workflows. The session aims to enable researchers to strategically use institutional agreements, increase the visibility of their work, and avoid unnecessary publication costs.</p>
