A womens workshop to explore the profound relationship between the voice, the womb and the earth. Held in a secret forrest spot.
Our voice carries far more than words.
It reveals how safe we feel, what we hold back, where we contract and where we trust ourselves enough to take up space.
Every experience leaves echoes in the body.
Some become tension.
Some become silence.
Some become avoidance.
For generations, many women learned to make themselves smaller. To stay quiet. To soften their wildness. Whether through family, culture or society, those experiences continue to echo in the way we relate to our bodies, our voices and our expression.
In this workshop we explore the profound relationship between the voice, the womb and the earth. Through ceremonial cacao, plant allies, somatic practices, sound and ritual we step into connection with ourselves and with the living world around us.
To remember the empowerment of expressing ourselves from a place that is true.
