Workshop on efficient time management practices to boost your productivity and your advance with your projects.

•	Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the amount of tasks on your to-do list? •	Are you sacrificing your free time to advance with your project, much more than you would like to? •	Are you feeling exhausted?•	Wondering whether there is a better way to face your daily challenges? The BioScience Network Lausanne aims to sustain researchers in every aspect of their work life, including project management and improvement of mental well-being. Session 1: March 8th, 2022 (4pm-6pm)Session 2: March 9th, 2022 (4pm-6pm)This course is directed both first-year PhD students currently learning how to work in a lab, as well as to more experienced researchers looking for new strategies to work smarter and speed up their research. The objectives are to provide the basic principles of time management and solutions applicable to the everyday life in a research lab. We will discuss about making actionable goals and establish priorities, creating an effective plan, overcome anxiety and procrastination, all providing practical examples and tools.
