With our heroes in Sports and Science, we like to raise awareness of the connection between Nutrition and NCDs - the importance of Sports and strength training to prevent muscle loss and the need for lifestyle changes. Combining scientific-based Nutrition with Sports for everyone from early childhood to old age will improve Metabolic Health to prevent and fight NCDs to increase a happy, healthy lifespan.

The Keto Live® Gala Dinner

On the evening of the 12th, we would like to celebrate our 5th Keto Live® anniversary with a festive Charity Gala Dinner to raise awareness and funding for the first Keto Live® - Metabolic Health Centre. A Centre for Prevention/ Wellness, Treatment, an Academy to train medical professionals and Research. Please book our Charity Gala Dinner separately. All Donations raised during the Dinner will go directly to our Non-Profit Associations for Ketogenic Metabolic Therapies - Tax reduction recipes for donations on request.
