Phenomenal Women Global (PWG) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to empower and provide leadership skills to women and girls of diverse professional and social backgrounds, including those in underserved communities. It does this through a variety of gender-specific programs and initiatives including conferences, mentorship and coaching programs, in collaboration with like –minded organizations around the world. Phenomenal Women Uganda is affiliated to PWG.

PWG was founded by a group of women from diverse cultural backgrounds living and working in Geneva, Switzerland with a common vision of empowering women. PWG believes that for women to realize their full potential and lead impactful lives, there is a need for them to be visionary, innovative; create networks and be politically, socially and economically empowered. PWG is located in Switzerland and Uganda with Focal points in the USA, Italy, France, UK, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
