After work doesn’t always mean switching off.For many professionals, the day doesn’t end at 18:00, the mind keeps going and the body stays tense. That’s exactly where this session begins. We're hosting a Somatic Stress Relief Experience in Geneva—an opportunity to meet the team behind TheSpace.Care, an organization providing holistic mental health support and burnout prevention programs for modern workplaces in Geneva and beyond. This is a guided, practical session designed to help you shift out of mental overload and back into a regulated, clear state. This is not about “relaxing” or escaping stress. It’s about learning how to reset your nervous system in real time, using simple, body-based tools you can apply in your daily work life.During this session, you’ll experience: • how stress shows up in the body • simple somatic techniques to release tension • breathing exercises to restore focus, clarity, and energy after a demanding dayThe event is free to attend. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the bar.No prior experience needed—just come as you are.
