Once you register, you will receive a link within 48 hours upon registration, to access the sessions. Each session will be hosted online, and you can join via Zoom.

You will need a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with an internet connection. Headphones or a quiet space may enhance your experience, but they are not required. You do not need a zoom account.
