We are delighted to welcome the entire ISB community, family and friends to join us for another special performance by musicians from Sinfonieorchester Basel, in association with the ISBasel Music Department. For this concert - the seventh in the ‘Arc-en-ciel’ chamber music series at ISB - a group of nineteen musicians will perform Baroque concertos by Bach and Vivaldi. In addition to strings, featured instruments will include the flute, recorder, oboe, trumpet and harpsichord. It promises to be an incredible evening of music-making.
The concert will last for about an hour and will be followed by an apero, during which audience members can meet and mingle with the musicians. This event is free, open to the public, and is part of International School Basel’s ongoing educational partnership with Sinfonieorchester Basel.
