Join Catalina and Rada for a nurturing Saturday afternoon of self-exploration through astrology, meditation and yoga. During this 3hrs workshop, we unveil the cosmic energies we incarnated into. It focuses on a deep physical, emotional and mental exploration of specific astrological symbols, and the implications they have in our lives. We guide you through a path of deep nourishment and connection.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

This astroyoga workshop combines brief astrological insights (based on your personalized birth chart crafted by Catalina) meditation and yogic practices that will nurture and help you lead a life of purpose.

How and when can I pay?

Please pay as soon as you receive the payment details from Rada. Only then your spot is secured.

Do I have to book in advance or can I spontaneously come to practice?

Book in advance, ideally latest 72hrs before the workshop starts.

I booked a class but I can't come. What shall I do?

We understand that life happens. Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance are possible with an extra cost of CHF 20. Past that deadline, no refund is possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Yet, feel free to bring yours if you prefer practicing with your own mat.

I have never practiced yoga, can I still attend?

 There is no need to have previous astrological knowledge or a yogic practice to join.
