BCT's Annual International HOLIDAY Party

We invite you to join us at our annual Holiday Party!

IMPORTANT: We have reached our current number limit. Please join the wait list. We hope to release a few more tickets closer to the event.

Our annual Holiday Party is all about celebrating the different cultures and countries that are within the BCT's friends and families. We want to make sure we celebrate the diversity of cultures within the BCT, which is why this years party will be based on the International Holidays that are celebrated the our community. Families will be able to visit the different countries through crafts, snacks and games - there will even be the North Pole set up for a visit.

Come partake in a journey through the different countries and enjoy a time of celebration together during our holiday season.

Saturday 3rd December

3pm till 5pm

Event Outline:

3pm - Crafts from a variety of countries and their celebrations

- North Pole Games

4pm - Kindermusik Session: International songs and dances for the younger ones.

4:30pm - A friend from the North Pole comes for a visit

- Tea, Coffee and Baked Goods

Tickets discounted for BCT members. In order to get your discount, BCT MEMBERS can click the blue “promo code” link at the top of the checkout page and enter their email address as a promo code. Be sure to click "apply" after typing in your email as the code. If your membership is active a 100% discount will automatically be applied. When selecting tickets, please make sure you have one paid "main ticket" for yourself and select the amount of corresponding tickets where applicable for each additional family member attending. (Example: Two parents + two school age children = 1 "main ticket" = 1 "additional adult" = 2 "child tickets".) This will help us to charge a flat-rate per family, but still allow us to have an accurate headcount for supplies.

Refunds and Cancellation Policies: Refunds will be processed on a case to case basis for each event. To request a refund please email chair2.bct@gmail.com Refund requests, cancellations and no-shows will not be issued refunds if not requested before the cut off/event. In event of full event cancellation, where the event cannot be held in its entirety refunds will be available for those who request one. Please email cochair2.bct@gmail.com for a refund. Please send your refund request within 24 hours of the full cancellation announcement
