After the scheduled programming, families are invited to stay on and enjoy socializing over their picnic lunch, SO DONT FORGET TO BRING A PICNIC.

We would prefer tickets purchased prior to the event to allow us numbers for any catering purposes. However for this event tickets are also available on the day via TWINT or exact cash.

When purchasing tickets, BCT Members are enititled to a 50% discount. Please enter your membership email address into the discount code box and 50% will be automatically added to your order if your membership is valid.

*** Refunds and Cancellation Policies

Refunds: refunds will be processed on a case to case basis for each event. To request a refund please email programmes@baselchildrenstrust.ch

If the event is postponed to the scheduled rain date, those who can longer attend and wish to request a refund due to the postponement must email a refund request to programmes@baselchildrenstust.ch by 5pm on the day of the originally scheduled event. Refund requests, cancellations and no-shows will not be issued refunds if not requested before the cut off.

In event of full event cancellation, where the event cannot be held in its entirety refunds will be available for those who request one. Please email programmes@baselchildrenstrust.ch for a refund. Please send your refund request within 24 hours of the full cancellation announcement
