Bring a picnic and join us for a fun family orientated morning, celebrating the summer at Oekolampadmatte.
There will be lawn games, larger family games, demonstrations from InterSoccer and YogaBloom plus other great fun things for all!
Don't forget to pack a picnic!

Please note that our rain date in the case of bad weather is Sunday 23rd June. Information regarding postponement to the rain date will be made public by 5pm the day prior to the event. Please see below our refunds and cancellation policy
Tickets discounted for BCT members. In order to get your discount, BCT MEMBERS can click the blue “promo code” link at the top of the checkout page and enter their email address as a promo code. Be sure to click "apply" after typing in your email as the code. If your membership is active a 50% discount will automatically be applied. When selecting tickets, please make sure you have one paid "main ADULT ticket" for yourself. The other members of your family must also have a ticket under the approriate category. (Example: Two parents + two kids= 1 "main ticket" = 1 "additional adult attendee" ticket + 2 children tickets.) This will help us to charge a flat-rate per family, but still allow us to have an accurate headcount for supplies.
Payment: Online payment is via a paypal account (if you have a paypal account you will also be able to select to pay via credit card). If you are unable to login or do not have a paypal account there is the option to pay via TWINT. To do this please email cochair2@baselchildrenstrust.ch, we will provide the TWINT QR Code and will need receipt of payment to reserve your tickets.

*** Refunds and Cancellation Policies
Refunds: refunds will be processed on a case to case basis for each event. To request a refund please email cochair2@baselchildrenstrust.ch
If the event is postponed to the scheduled rain date, those who can longer attend and wish to request a refund due to the postponement must email a refund request to cochair2@baselchildrenstrust.ch by 5pm on the day of the originally scheduled event (for the Summer Event this would be by 5pm Saturday 22nd June). Refund requests, cancellations and no-shows will not be issued refunds if not requested before the cut off.
In event of full event cancellation, where the event cannot be held in its entirety refunds will be available for those who request one. Please email cochair2@baselchildrenstrust.ch for a refund. Please send your refund request within 24 hours of the full cancellation announcement
