Breathwork Circle Zürich 🧘‍♀️An afternoon of breathwork, reflection & connection in Zürich.Through conscious breathing, music and guided reflection, we’ll explore how the breath can shift your state, help you get out of your head, reconnect with your body and come back to the present moment. We’ll also touch on the science behind breathing and the nervous system, before moving into a guided breathwork experience and space to integrate and connect afterwards. No previous experience needed. Come solo or bring a friend 🤍About your facilitator:Melanie is a neuroscientist and certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator who has guided 300+ breathwork sessions internationally.
