Overview

Join a warm community conversation informed by Integrative Community Therapy. Share challenges & build collective resilience in a safe space

“When the mouth is silent, the body speaks. When the mouth speaks, the body heals.”

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying a "pebble in your shoe"? This might be a challenge at work, a tension in a relationship, or a lingering sense of burnout that feels heavy to hold alone.

This gathering is a community based conversation informed by Integrative Community Therapy (ICT). This model offers minimal structure to help bring forth natural conversations within a community for collective healing and resiliency.

What is ICT?

Integrative Community Therapy is a unique approach to well-being that has supported over 2 million people worldwide. Born in Brazil, this modality focuses on the power of community based dialogue.

In this setting, there are no experts. Instead, every participant brings the expertise of their own lived experience. The key is connection: connecting with others to relieve tension in the body and provide comfort for the soul.

What to Expect

We follow a 5 step participatory structure that allows the conversation to flow naturally:

  1. Welcoming: We settle in, orient ourselves to the space, and share small celebrations.
  2. Choosing the Topic: Participants are invited to share challenges from their daily lives. We vote on a situation that resonates with the whole group.
  3. Contextualization: The person whose topic is chosen provides more detail. We ask clarifying questions to understand their experience more deeply.
  4. The Sharing Circle: Everyone is invited to share their own stories and coping skills related to the theme. We listen to reflect on each other’s journeys, building connection and resilience.
  5. Concluding Ritual: We close with a brief takeaway or reflection to carry forward.

About Me

I have spent over 3 years in training and facilitating groups informed by Integrative Community Therapy (ICT) along with seasoned professionals. I am dedicated to creating spaces where connection and shared lived experience help us navigate life’s challenges together.

How We Show Up for Each Other

To keep this a supportive space, we follow a few simple agreements:

  • Speak from experience: We use "I" statements to share our own stories.
  • Listen without fixing: We avoid giving advice or judgment.
  • Participate as you feel comfortable: You are welcome to speak, or simply listen in silence.
  • You are welcome to arrive late or leave early.

PS: If you can't make it to this one, you’re welcome to join my mailing list here to stay updated on future circles.
