Myrto has been working in IT for over 20 years. She has held various roles, from self-employed SW engineer to CEO (5 years) and board member. She is passionate about smoothly running processes and well-functioning teams with satisfied employees.

Throughout her career, she has helped the teams she has worked in work well and efficiently together by transforming the tools to get the most out of them. She has two master's degrees, one in computer science from the ETH Zurich and one in coaching organizations from the IAP at the ZHAW, as well as a coaching diploma for top-class sports from the ETH Zurich.
