About this event

Breathwork is a natural remedy for stress and an amazing tool for healing, transformation, and self discovery. Through the breath, we can dive deeply into ourselves, explore our inner landscape and subconscious patterns. We can shift our perspective, alter our state of consciousness, and release trauma.

After a short introduction we lay down to breathe for about 30-40 minutes, accompanied by relaxing music. The experiences range from deep relaxation, spiritual journeys to also more challenging processes.

Make sure not to eat or drink too much before the session. Wear loose clothes and prepare a place where you can lay down comfortably to breathe undisturbed. Use some cushions if you should need support under your legs and a blanket as we tend to cool down towards the end of the Breathwork session.

Ideally, wear wireless headphones (not a must) and focus the camera on your upper body and head so we can see how you're doing.

No prior experience needed. Just join and free your breath.
