ConsciousCafe is about connecting people through conscious conversations. Founded by Judy Piatkus in 2011 when a group of friends came together over coffee and had a deep, meaningful conversation. It is now a global movement with groups all over the world.
The online ConsciousCafe Basel is held in English on Zoom.
What you can expect:
• An open and safe space to explore themes and ideas
• An opportunity to come together internationally and meet with like-minded people
• Time for mindfulness and reflection in a heart centered environment
On Thursday 16th October we will come together online to explore
PAUSE
- Do you allow for pauses during your day?
- Is your schedule always 'on' and never 'off'?
- If you do pause, what does it look like for you?

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for 90 minutes, bring your favourite beverage, an open mind and be ready to enjoy a wonderful conversation.
