Two hours to turn whatever you're moving through into something tangible.

Or maybe all of it at once.

The thoughts scatter.
The chest tightens.
The unknown sits heavy with nowhere to go.

Things felt tangled and overwhelming.
Thinking is not what it needs anymore.
This evening is an invitation to let your hands take over.

We gather around a table with ceremonial cacao infused with Sicilian lavender and sage, hand gathered on Mount Etna. A guided meditation and gentle breathwork invite us into the space before the hands take over.

Painting.
Drawing.
Writing.
Poetry.

No artistic experience needed.

Cacao invites us to slow down, drop into the body and open the heart. Lavender and sage are two plants with a long history of accompanying moments of transition, creativity and clear seeing.

Sometimes clarity arrives when we stop trying to explain.

A room full of strangers slowly becomes a room full of people who recognise something of themselves in one another.

Together we weave something tangible from the weight we carry, leaving not only with a piece of art, but with a different relationship to what brought us there.

What to expect: We begin with ceremonial cacao and a guided meditation with breathwork to settle into the body. From there, roughly an hour of open creative expression, painting, drawing, or writing, whatever wants to move through your hands. No artistic experience needed.
