About this event
This spring, DocTalks collaborates with The Emilio Ambasz Institute of MoMA for seven online sessions dedicated to research on the relationship between the built and natural environment. These sessions aspire to create an expanded cohort of doctoral students and early career researchers that can work together, share their research, and experiment with methodological tools while engaging with the vision and investigations of the Institute.
All our sessions are free and open to the public. Each presenter will have twenty minutes to discuss their research. Then the respondent will react for 3-5 minutes before we open the floor to the public. You are encouraged to participate, asking questions, providing feedback and brainstorming on the topic.
Our participants often workshop ideas and research in progress and thus expect participants to engage and respond with fruitful comments. DocTalks is committed to ensuring a discussion environment that is collegial, productive, and respectful, free from hatred, biases and any sort of discrimination.
To register for each sessions, purchase a 'free' ticket for the appropriate date. You will then receive an email from Eventbrite with information on how to access the zoom link.
Be advised that these sessions will be recorded and the content will be featured on the Ambasz Institute's website, MoMA's YouTube channel, and other social media platforms. Please scroll to the end of this page for a full disclaimer.
The complete schedule of the spring series, including abstracts and bios, can be found on the DocTalks website. You can learn more on The Emilio Ambasz Institute here
We are looking forward to seeing you!
