• 10:00 - 10:15: Registration

• 10:15 - 10:30: Welcome Address

• 10:30 - 11:00: EHL Group & EHL Program Presentation

• 11:00 - 12:30: Guest Experience Workshop

• 12:30 - 13:00: EHL Student Sharing

This event is open to you and to any of your friends who may be interested in studying hospitality management. Parents are, of course, welcome to join as well. The session will mainly focus on our Bachelor programme, and will be in English. Please note that everyone has to register individually.

Standards of health and safety protocol in place:

• All participants require a body temperature check upon arrival at the entrance.
• Only participants who have a body temperature below 37 .5 degrees Celsius with no symptoms (fever, cough, cold, sneeze, runny nose, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath) will be permitted into the venue.
• All participants are required to complete the check in and check out process according to local government requirements.
• All participants are required to wear a face mask when entering and throughout the event until departure.
• The participants will follow the set up plan, including physical distancing as suggested by the hotel.
• All participants are required to incorporate local health & safety measures.
