My forest and nature therapy program is based on the Japanese practice called “Shirin-Yoku”, forest bathing. I invite you to join me on a mindful and bodyful experience in and with nature. A gentle way to slow down, relax, explore the moment and journey through our senses in collaboration with our natural environment. We explore the natural world with practices that re-connect us to all that is around us and invites us towards an inner journey too.

You can join from anywhere around the world and from any environment, where you have connection to or view of natural beings. A forest, a park, your garden, balcony or even your room. I will be guiding you on this program remotely from a beautiful forest near Basel, Switzerland.
