On 28 October 2025, the Forum for Work & Integration will take place in Zug. The event brings together companies, public institutions, social organisations and job seekers with a migration background. The goal is to exchange perspectives and provide practical insights into labour market integration in Switzerland.

What to expect:

• A Round Table with representatives from employer associations, the Canton of Zug and the Swiss Department of Justice and Police on “Ways to improve labour market integration” (in German language)
• Organisation booths presenting initiatives and services that support the employment integration of people with a migration background
• Expert presentations and insights from companies and organisations on job search and career development in Switzerland
• Networking and Apero with participants and organisations

Die Veranstaltung bringt Unternehmen, öffentliche Institutionen, soziale Organisationen und Stellensuchende mit Migrationshintergrund zusammen. Ziel ist es, Perspektiven auszutauschen und praxisnahe Einblicke in die Arbeitsmarktintegration in der Schweiz zu vermitteln.

• Round Table zum Thema «Wege zu einer verbesserten Arbeitsmarktintegration» mit Vertretern von öffentlichen Institutionen, dem Kanton Zug und dem EJPD (Eidgenössische Justiz- und Polizeidepartement) - in deutscher Sprache
• Informationsstände von Organisationen, die Initiativen und Dienstleistungen zur Arbeitsmarktintegration von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund vorstellen
