It's been a wonderful two years of this wonderful practice at the lululemon store in Zurich. Yet, all good things come to an end! Come and join me one last time on the first floor of the store. This flow integrates elements of vinyasa and yoga therapy, making it ideal for those seeking to combine breath awareness with mindful movements… with a smile on their face.

This yoga practice is held in English. No experience with yoga is required. All are welcome.

How and when can I pay?

It's a FREE class but you can make a donation.

Do I have to book in advance or can I spontaneously come to practice?

Spontaneous walk-in are welcome, yet I'd recommend booking your spot so that we can ensure you get a mat.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Yet, feel free to bring yours if you prefer practicing with your own mat or if you spontaneously decide to join without having booked your spot in advance :)

I have never practiced yoga, can I still attend?

No experience with yoga is required. All are welcome! Supported by various props, meditation and breathing techniques, the poses are adaptable to your needs.
