Gen H | The Human Future Camp is a one day immersive experience where business owners and representatives of Gen Z come together to explore what it means to be truly human in a digital age and to turn insights into real projects the very same day through movement, dialogue and co creation. We do not just talk about the future, we shape it.

La Machina, Global Data Excellence’s community and quantum office, provides the technological backbone for the day, helping participants turn insights into prototypes and real-world impact.

PARTICIPANTS

The group is intentionally small, with a maximum of 16 people on site.

Around 10 business owners and up to 6 representatives of Gen Z come together in a diverse circle where different perspectives, experiences and generations learn, create and move into action.

What you should bring

• genuine interest in how aligning humanity, AI and sustainability can shape a meaningful future
• openness, curiosity and a willingness to try new things
• the willingness to implement the pilot projects that emerge during the Gen H Camp in the weeks that follow, with a clear focus until the end of January 2026. HBL and GDE will support you with light touch collaboration and mentoring.

09:00 – 13:30 HUMAN FIRST

The day begins with Ignite Talks on the future of technology, humanity and sustainability.

Inspired by these sparks, you’ll move, reflect and connect. You’ll discover what truly drives you and create your personal Human Future Map – a compass for meaning, impact and your next steps.

13:30 – 18:00 BUSINESS SECOND

In the afternoon, we bridge the personal and the entrepreneurial.

Through co-creation sessions, you’ll develop first ideas and prototypes for pilot projects that show how humanity, technology and sustainability can grow together.

The day concludes with a Pitch and Commitment Circle, a shared outlook, and an apéro to celebrate and connect.
