About this event

On the 16th of June, a few weeks in advance of the 2022 High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development, our monthly Geneva SDG community coffee will discuss what to expect at this year`s HLPF.

The SDG Lab will give a short overview of HLPF2022 theme and SDGs under review. We'll then hear a couple of reflections from colleagues heading to or following the HLPF, with an emphasis on local SDG implementation.

Finally, this meetup will be an opportunity for you to share information about your HLPF side-event and to connect with other members of the Geneva SDG community heading to the HLPF (whether virtually or in-person).

We'll hear from:

  • Mrs. Gulnara Roll, Secretary to the Committee on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management, (UNECE)
  • Paul Ladd, Director of the UN Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD)
  • Agata Krause, Consultant for UN-Habitat and UN ESCWA
  • Lynn Wagner, Senior Director of the Tracking Progress program at International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD)

See you soon!
