What are your goals and vision for 2022?
Is it to increase your income, to possess a romantic relationship or to travel a new place?
Have you ever asked yourself why you want what you want?
What do you expect to achieve by having those goals? Is it peace, love, freedom and happiness?
In reality, you do not really want your goals, but you want to feel certain feelings and emotions.
What you really want is not the money, a loving partner or a new experience.
You want to feel peace, love, freedom or happiness through having the materials and status outside.
Law of intention says, "You will not receive what you want. But, you will receive what you intend to give to yourself and people around you."
Therefore, you will be able to live your goals and vision quicker and easier if you are feeling those feelings and emotions and spreading those to others today.
In this 3-hour workshop,
- We will digest and let go of our negative thoughts and emotions from the past
- We will meditate and clarify our wants and needs
- We will implement our heart deepest desires and true values to achieve our goals and vision 2022 quickly and surely.

Nandar Matari is a Meditation Coach and Trainer for the Corporates and Individuals, having more than 28-year practice of meditation. She learned meditations from Buddhist monks in Myanmar (Burma) since 1993 and has been teaching people to meditate since 2014.
She worked in different careers as English Teacher in Myanmar, Financial Consultant later Sales Manager and Recruiting Specialist in Germany.
In spite of her great professional successes, she did not feel fulfilled and she decided to follow her passion of teaching meditations since 2014.
Through her daily convention of meditations and diverse experiences in the past 28 years, she has created different forms of guided meditations and taught to a couple of thousand people in groups and individual settings in Frankfurt, New York City, Myanmar, Singapore and Zurich in the past 8 years.
She is currently living in Zurich, Switzerland.
