Mobility makes up almost 40% of our Carbon Footprint. Since over 2 years we at 42hacks work towards shifting Modal Split and increasing the usage of public transport, bycicles, and alternative mobility options as opposed to cars in order to significantly reduce Co2 emissions. For that we collaborate with municipalities, city representatives, large employers, and -last but not least- individual citizens. We have built our own Artificial Intelligence that not only analyses relevant mobility data but also detects and calculates impactful measures. None of this would have been possible without the power of collective creativitity and our Friday Hacks Series. How can I get involved?Joining in is almost as easy as watching Netflix and will get you going (yes, even on a Friday afternoon)!Simply sign up for our current event on "Green Mobility" (the topic may change in the future) and take part in our regular and very popular Climate Friday Hacks. What can I expect?The most meaningful and entertaining meeting of your working week!The Friday Climate Hacks follow a well-developed open innovation format. They are fun, engaging and always mission-oriented.We start with a short introduction to get everyone involved in our virtual workspace. Please be on time to make the most of your experience.You choose your stream based on interest and we get to work immediately. An experienced team of moderators will guide you through the session together with other participants.We leave time for discussion, feedback and presentations at the end.The session lasts 2 hours, with an additional 'lounge' at the end to catch up with others in a relaxed and informal environment.A wonderful way to end the week, start the weekend and meet new people.Please note:This hack will be held in English and/or German, depending on the participants.Some technical tips:If you are registering for our event, we recommend that you use Google Chrome as your default browser, have a good internet connection and use a laptop. If you participate with your smartphone, you will not be able to fully immerse yourself and participate.
