In this interactive 1-hour meetup with Vanessa from Unchain Your Mind, an organization specialized in communication skills training and debating, we’ll explore how active listening is a silent superpower for inclusion and allyship in tech and beyond.
Bring your perspectives and experiences as we discuss:
- When and why do we find ourselves in situations where no one seems to be truly listening?
- Are we listening to understand or just to reply?
- Could active listening be one of the most powerful ways to create an inclusive workplace?

To participate, you’ll need to bring someone with a different perspective (e.g., gender, nationality, etc.) to ensure balanced participation. Both you and your +1 need to get a ticket so we can better manage attendance.
