About this event

DESCRIPTION

The pressure and desire to be perfect is widespread. Lurking behind perfectionism is the fear of not being enough and paradoxically, this more often than not holds us back and keeps us small. In this two-hour workshop we will explore some of the self-limiting beliefs we impose on ourselves and how these prevent us from stepping more fully into our lives. We will look at the idea of radical self-acceptance and how accepting what is leads neither to stagnation nor settling, but rather embodies the first step toward sustainable change and development.

This is a very personal and interactive session, so we limit the attendance to 15 people, to explore the topic in more depth in small groups.
