Even in Switzerland women still earn less than men. Differences in salary exist starting from entry positions and are particularly pronounced among highly qualified women. What are the causes and how can a woman prepare for salary negotiations? You will find out in our online workshop with Helena Trachsel, Head of Department for Equal Opportunities of Women and Men, Canton of Zurich and her employee Yannick Staubli.

The online workshop offers:

• role playing games

The online workshop is aimed at female graduates from ETH only, who want to enter the private sector. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Places are limited to 30 participants due to the structure of the online workshop. Registrations are binding. We kindly ask registered persons to cancel their registration as early as possible if they are unable to attend the event, so that interested persons who are on the waiting list can move up.

The zoom link will be sent ONE DAY before the online workshop starts. You DON'T need an Eventbrite ticket to attend the web seminar. Simply use the zoom link to enter the virtual room.
