Overview

Measure your stress levels in the Life Science Lab.#lsl#hpm#howto #ws

Ever wondered what stress looks like inside your body?

In this workshop, you’ll explore how the stress hormone cortisol works and learn to measure it using a real laboratory technique: ELISA.

Using your own saliva sample, you’ll uncover how science tracks stress and why cortisol plays such a key role.

This session is perfect for students and curious minds who want to connect real-life experience with biological data—no previous lab knowledge required.
