Our new event series, the Inclusive Leadership Circle, invites emerging and experienced leaders in tech and tech-related fields to explore the principles, challenges, and opportunities of inclusive leadership. Together, we’ll share practical strategies and hands-on tools to help you strengthen your leadership practice and foster equality in your workplace.

In our first circle, we’ll dive into the fundamentals:

• What inclusive leadership is — and why it matters
• What it can look like in practice
• The common challenges leaders face in building inclusive cultures
  

Through an interactive workshop, you’ll work with peers to identify obstacles and explore actionable solutions. You’ll leave with fresh perspectives, concrete ideas, and new connections to support your journey as an inclusive leader.
