KWANZAA African Christmas in Zürich
Overview
“Kwanzaa” is a vibrant celebration of art, music, and culture. The event honors the creativity, diversity, and vision of the African diaspora in Switzerland. From a short film presented by the Alkebulan Association to live art painting, musical performances, and energetic DJ sets – you can expect a cultural experience full of sound, color, and movement.
The evening will also feature culinary specialties from Gambia, provided by the restaurant Taste of Africa. Entry is free. With your free ticket, you will receive a complimentary food voucher for the Taste of Africa stand. This special offer is limited to a maximum of 50 tickets — first come, first serve.
Program Doors open: 18:00 Start: 18:30 Presentation of a short film project by the Alkebulan Association, sharing an anti-racist message.
