Why this workshop?

We are launching a collection of activities to connect people together how to improve engagement at work. Because AI is the new gimmick, we found interesting to start a User group in an Open Space format to "engage" people to discuss together, and not to sell something.

What is Mission 20?

20% of people engaged at work, in our mission mostly in Europe. Based on 13 years of Gallup report , the level of people engaged at work is decreasing. In our different business areas we all have ideas, but are they the right ideas? Mission 20 is non profit with the aim to find solutions to future.

What is an Open Space?

Open Space or OST is a facilitation format where the audience is creating the agenda. It is a free space to express ideas, pains, concerns. It is collaborative and a good way to engage.
