Inner State, Global Fate: The Biology of Regenerative Leadership

Kulturplatz Davos, Promenade 58C, Davos, Switzerland

We cannot build a regenerative economy if our organisations are running on empty. As the world strives for transition, many leaders are experiencing a personal energy crisis, exhausting their biological reserves to fuel systemic change. The gap between external ambitions and inner exhaustion is the critical bottleneck preventing sustainable progress. This activation session invites participants to experience the 'human energy transition' first-hand.Led by Marta Schafstall, it explores how leaders can tap into the ultimate renewable resource: the human nervous system. Through practical exercises involving cognitive and somatic instruments, participants will learn to transform their own and their teams' biology from a state of survival and reaction (exploitation) to one of safety and strategic clarity (regeneration). You can expect an interactive, in-depth session designed to anchor regenerative leadership in your physiology. Learn to actively transition your operating system from finite survival strategies to sustainable impact in complex ecosystems. About Marta Schafstall Marta Schafstall operates at the intersection of business strategy and neurobiology.
