Learn how to engrave on glass using a lasercutter. #ws #make #fhk #df

During this workshop you have the opportunity to engrave your own designs onto glass. One drinking glass is provided and you can bring your own glass objects (see preparation). There is some time for final optimisation of your images/designs. Any additional glass objects you bring will be evaluated for their suitability for engraving. For efficiency you will work together with one other participant per lasercutter.

- Make sure your designs/images are simple black and white (vector) drawings (no photorealistic images)

- Put your files on a USB-stick and bring it to the workshop

- Optionally: bring additional glass objects, we will evaluate their suitability during the workshop as some types of glass are not suitable. Also take into account that the stronger the curvature of a glass the smaller the designs which can be engraved.

Please note that outside this workshop it is not allowed to engrave glass with the lasercutters.
