Mama Cacao Mindful Experience

A cacao ceremony is a community gathering centered around the ancestral drink of cacao. We drink cacao to meditate and express gratitude for all that we have and all that we are. The flood of theobromine and other feel-good molecules in cacao opens up your heart, helping you connect with yourself and your community. Some of the benefits include: An open heart, pure happiness and bliss, a deep connection with life, a feeling of belonging and love toward others, a desire to be kind, connection with your inner child, playfulness, joy and thankfulness. On these special gatherings, we invite you to connect to the cacao medicine to open our hearts, heal and celebrate together. Surrounded by live music and ceremonial chants, we will delve into our deepest feelings. After connecting, we activate our bodies to move during a dance journey, to bring out and share all this bliss and playfulness. A cacao ceremony with live music and ceremonial chants, followed by a dance session with a live act: without a doubt, an unforgettable experience awaits.

Cacao Circle, deep conversation, amazing food, live nusic, open heart mic

Kraftwerk

Recent research shows that meaningful human connection is one of the most powerful pillars of health and longevity. Studies consistently link strong social bonds with lower stress levels, reduced inflammation, and longer, healthier lives. Beyond nutrition and physical activity, the quality of our relationships plays a decisive role in our overall well-being. This gathering is an invitation to nurture what science now recognizes as essential: authentic human connection. As the year comes to a close, Mama Cacao opens one final circle at Kraftwerk Zürich — an intimate evening dedicated to listening, presence, and the subtle language of what often remains unspoken. A carefully curated experience where ceremonial cacao, conscious connection, live music, and plant-based cuisine create the conditions for sincere encounters and meaningful exchange. This is not networking. This is remembering how to meet — slowly, honestly, and from the heart. Participants are gently guided through a cacao ceremony and meditation, conscious sharing, and small-group conversations that unfold naturally from light curiosity into deeper and more honest dialogue. Live music flows throughout the evening, guided by Jkson, accompanied by Facu (percussion & charango) and Diogo (keys), creating a living soundscape that supports reflection, openness, and authentic expression. At a certain moment of the evening, the Open Heart Mic invites a few voices to share songs, poetry, or stories born from truth rather than performance. The experience then continues around a vegan buffet prepared by Nomads Zürich, allowing conversations and connections to deepen naturally through food and shared presence. Held in an intimate circle of 10 to 25 participants, this final gathering of the year offers a thoughtful space for expats, newcomers to Zürich, creatives, artists, professionals, and curious souls seeking meaningful human connection.
