About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

This workshop offers practical tools for parents to adopt mindful approaches to parenting and respond effectively to daily parenting challenges. By integrating insights from leading experts in neuroscience, child development, and child psychology, the session will provide participants with a deeper understanding of how children’s brains develop and how parents can support their emotional and cognitive growth.

Participants will learn how to recognize and manage stress, how to stay present and connected with their children, even during challenging moments, and foster positive, supportive family dynamics. By the end of the workshop, parents will leave with a toolkit for managing everyday challenges, strengthening their connection with their children, and creating a healthier, more harmonious family environment.

Parents will be able to answer the following questions:

- What is mindful parenting and its benefits?

- What is emotion regulation and how to foster it in yourself and your child?

- How to respond effectively when my child is dysregulated?

- What are some common parenting traps we fall into and how to avoid them?

This workshop is suitable for parents with children of all ages.
