Question 1

How and when can I pay?

Accepted Answer

If you don't have paypal, please register under: https://www.smitam.ch/booking-calendar/monthly-sound-bath or pay via TWINT onsite.

Question 2

Do I have to bring my own mat? Something else?

Accepted Answer

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Yet, feel free to bring yours if you prefer and it is highly recommended to take warm clothes and socks as the body temperature tends to lower down when we start to relax.

No prior experience or skills are required to get the benefits of this journey. Just a desire to give yourself some time to slow down and feel into the space of silence within.
