Nature Detective Walk: Ermitage Arlesheim

Calling all nature and cave lovers!

Join us on Sunday, 15 June as we explore the ponds and caves of the largest English landscaped garden in Switzerland!

The walk will be in two parts:
1- A stroller-friendly stroll around the lake. Bring a picnic!
2- A stroller-inaccessible climb to the grottoes, where we can practice our Greek/Roman mythology. Visit to the Schloss Birseck.

Meeting place: 2 pm Felsentor water fountain inside the garden, in front of the first cave entrance. Please count some extra time to get here from tram/parking.

The event starts from 2 pm in order to visit the Birseck castle whose opening hours are 2-5 pm on Sundays. The water fountain is quite popular with our small guests - do bring an extra change of clothes in case of very energetic splashing!

When selecting tickets, please make sure you have one paid "main ticket" for yourself and one "additional attendee" ticket for each additional family member attending. (Example: Two parents + two kids= 1 "main ticket" = 3 "additional attendee" tickets.) This will help us to charge a flat-rate per family, but still allow us to have an accurate headcount.
