And on top of that enjoy an Apéro Riche with a group of sustainability enthusiasts from the GreenBuzz network?Join us on May 19th for this excursion to Umami!<a href="https://www.eat-umami.ch/en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">UMAMI</a> produce healthy, pure, natural microgreens, herbs, mussels and sauces in symbiosis with nature. They are widely available in supermarkets and restaurants across Switzerland.  We are delighted to partner with Umami and visit their farm. We will experience what it takes to grow food in a natural system, without pesticides or fertilizers, working with nature and not against it.GreenBuzz will be learning by seeing and experiencing. You will get the chance to meet other changemakers and celebrate what can be done and what we can do to be part of a more climate friendly, socially responsible and healthy food system.We will learn<ul><li>what it takes to do urban farming at scale,</li><li>what the factors for success are that make Umami one of the most celebrated food startups in Zurich,</li><li>what the potential for climate-friendly farming is.</li></ul>Finally, do you want to know what the name Umami means? It is the Japanese word for  “essence of deliciousness”.
