When two creative women come together, something unique and grounded is created. This circle brings together the gentle support of Plants and the powerful healing of Spinal Attunement to guide you back to yourself.

We will arrive together with Cacao, Blue Lotus, and Rose to support us in grounding, softening, and inner alignment. These plants open the body and heart, creating space to feel, release, and reconnect.

Spinal Attunement is a gentle yet deeply effective energy practice that helps release stored tension and support the nervous system. Through light touch along the spine and within the energy field, the body’s own healing intelligence is activated. This creates space for emotional, physical, and energetic release, restoring flow, presence, and a sense of wholeness. We will introduce the practice, share a demonstration, and offer space for questions. P.s. One person will be selected to receive a short session (raffle)
