The workshop will be a practical session covering topics such as baby and child CPR, choking, recovery position, burns, allergies, broken bones, bleeding, asthma and more. Plenty of time for practice and questions in a relaxed informal session.
It will be a hands on session, so comfortable clothes advised. Anyone from expectant parents to parents of older kids will find it useful.
No need to bring anything - will provide a book for everyone to take that covers everything discussed. One or both caregivers are welcome to attend.
The workshop is best suited for parents on their own without baby/infant to make sure all participants can gain the most of the material in the time covered. However if you are unable to find childcare, Jaquee recommends that two caregivers are present. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
