Shift your Relationship w/ your Pleasure, Release shame, guilt & trauma + Feel the innocence & purity of Pleasure moving through your body!

The topic of Female and Sexual Empowerment has become bigger and bigger as we are ready to release the shame, guilt, trauma and old beliefs that we hold within our bodies around what it means to be a Woman, Sensual, Sexual or in Pleasure.Femininity and female pleasure has been systematically suppressed for the past few thousands of years and this history is stored within our DNA.To relase that trauma, ingrained shame and our own less pleasant experiences around body-image, sexuality and femininty we need to work with our body, not against it.And this is exactly what we'll do in this sacred Masterclass and guided Ritual.

What to expect:In the first part we'll dive deeper into the ancient Taoist practice of Yoni Eggs, where it comes from, its benefits and how to get started. In the second part a guided Breast Massage + Yoni Egg Ritual will support you in releasing blocks around pleasure that are stored in your Yoni and keeping your Heart closed from (deeper) love. ✨🌹This will be an initmate group of safety and sisterhood. 🙏🏽You'll turn the cameras off for the second part and you get to decide if you want to practice the breast massage naked or while wearing a soft top (without bra). This workshop is held in English and is for Yoni-bearers only.BONUS: Get free access on a guided Shamanic Womb Healing practice when you sign up.

Yoni is a Sanskrit word, meaning "Sacred Temple" and refers to the Vagina. The Yoni Egg is an egg-formed crystal that you can insert in your vagina to strengthen your pelvic floor, open up to deeper sensations and pleaure and release stored emotions, trauma, shame & guilt. Yoni Egg Practice is an ancient Taoist practice dating back to at leat 5'000 years ago. The queen and her concubines in ancient China used these practices to maintain a youthful & fertile reproductive system and experience deeper pleasure. Benefits of working with a Yoni Egg:

Strengthens your pelvic floor

Releases stored emotions, fears, trauma, shame & guilt

Deepen your orgasmic potential

Feel more connected with your yoni & body

Increased sensations during s * x and pleasure

Increased libido and wetness (lubrication)

Balances hormones by increased blood flow in that area

Deeper spiritual connection with your inner goddess and femininity

Re-senstizes the erogenous zones of the Vagina, such as the G-zone & the Cervix... into their multi-orgasmic potential

Can help ease period cramps by bringing more blood flow and Qi to the pelvic area

Is a portal for creative downloads and a safe space for connecting with your wholeness, femininity and unconditional love

Who should NOT be working with Yoni Eggs:

If you're pregnant (excpetion if you regularly worked with Yoni Eggs before, working with them up until 2nd Trimester is ok)

If you have an IUD mirena. This is a personal choice as IUD's are designed to withstand vigorous sex, tampons, self pleasure with dildos etc. If you decide to work with the Yoni Egg, we recommend using a non drilled one, so the string won't get caught on the wire.

During menstruation. Your moon-time is a sacred time of shedding and releasing so we recommend not using the egg during your monthly bleed.

If your pelvic floor muscles are too tight and you have pelvic floor dysfunction, please first check in with a gyno or a holistic health coach if doing kegel-like exercises would be ok for you.

If you have any questions, please email me via nikita@anandwayoflife.com.

What to bring:

A Yoni Egg with a string

Coconut oil

Pen + Journal

A candle, lighter and if you like an incense stick

If you prefer doing the breast massage with a top on, please bring a soft top.

A comfortable place to lay down for the second part.

Make sure you won't be interrupted during our time together.

Pleae don't eat anything heavy in the 1h before the start of our Masterclass.

A recording of the Masterclass will be sent out within 24h after closing.
