About this event
THE INVITATION
In the gentle afternoon light of a September Sunday, Twenty-five women will gather around one table. Not just to plate a dish, but to transform. Not just to taste, but to transcend.
This is Plated with Purpose – where the art of African-European fusion cuisine becomes a metaphor for the bridges we build, the legacies we create, and the futures we dare to imagine.
THE EXPERIENCE
As hands that nurture education in Uganda meet hands that craft culinary magic in Zurich, we invite you to a four-hour journey where:
- First Course: Connection – Break bread with visionary women leaders while Marie of BiNaBi guides you through the stories behind each carefully crafted flavour
- Second Course: Creation – Participate in the collaborative plating of dishes that symbolise the educational journey of MOJA Garden students, transforming raw potential into realised dreams
- Third Course: Commitment – Discover how your presence at this table extends far beyond this afternoon, creating pathways for girls in Gulu to write new stories of possibility.
THE IMPACT
Every ticket purchased contributes to a scholarship for a MOJA Garden Student that provides:
- Quality education for a girl in Gulu, Uganda
- Safe lodging on the school premises of our partner boarding school
- Nutritious meals that fuel both body and mind
- Mentorship that transforms aspirations into achievements
But beyond these tangible outcomes lies something more profound – your seat at this table becomes part of a growing circle of women who understand that true legacy is measured not in what we accumulate, but how we show up to serve others.
THE INVITATION EXTENDED
We are not simply hosting an event. We are cultivating a moment where time slows, where purpose finds its place on a plate, where women who lead with their minds choose also to lead with their hearts.
Will you join us at the table?
