About the Speaker
Fiorina Giuliani, M.Sc. is a PhD student at the department of personality and assessment at the University of Zurich, Switzerland and assistant at UniDistance Suisse. She completed her Master’s degree in 2016 at the University of Graz, Austria. In her master thesis she studied leadership styles, values and personality traits. In her dissertation she is working on the development of a test for the measurement of the ability to accurately assess the character strengths of others. Her current research interests cover character strengths, virtues, personality traits, humor, and the role of character strengths in professional trajectories. She has co-authored several journal articles and book chapters on these topics.
