Leading SAFe® Certified Agilist (SA) 5.1 Training

The Leading SAFe® Agilist seminar is suitable for all people who want to get started with SAFe® and the Leading SAFe® training is the basis for your later immersion in the sub-frameworks of SAFe®. It gives you an overall understanding of the underlying principles as well as the context of the framework.

As a participant you will learn the necessary knowledge for the application of the Scaled Agile Framework® during two days of the course. The basic principles of Lean, System Thinking, Agile Development, Product Flow and DevOps will be deepened to lead the Lean Enterprise. And the study materials will help you develop a deep understanding of Leading SAFe and Scaledagile.

You'll also learn how to successfully use enterprise agility to compete in competitive markets. It includes, among other things, a joint discussion where a team agility, as well as technical agility are learned. You will also learn how a company can organize itself around values and flow. In addition, you will acquire practical skills to perform and support PI planning. The coordination of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) is also taught in the seminar.
